The Land Registration (Referral to the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry) Rules 2003 have been made and will come into force on 13 October 2003 at the same time as the Land Registration Act 2002. The Rules specify the procedure for referral of disputed applications from the registrar to the Adjudicator.
