Listing Rules

Rules published by the Financial Conduct Authority (www.practicallaw.com/A36105) and contained in the Listing Rules sourcebook which is part of the FCA Handbook (www.practicallaw.com/5-107-6609). They lay down minimum requirements for the admission of securities to listing, the content, scrutiny and publication of listing particulars (www.practicallaw.com/A36362), and the continuing obligations (www.practicallaw.com/A35595) of issuers after admission.
