The Court of  Appeal has dismissed the appeal in Mattu v Univeristy Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust [2012] EWCA Civ 641 and held that Article 6 of the ECHR was not engaged in an NHS doctor's disciplinary hearing.
