High Court considers FOIA disclosure of documents by Charity Commission

An update on the High Court's decision in Dominic Kennedy v (1) Information Commissioner (2) Charity Commission [2010] EWHC 475 (Admin), 19 January 2010, in which it upheld the Information Commissioner's decision that the Charity Commission could rely on the exemption in section 32(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to documents held following its statutory inquiry.
